HISTORY OF TARA BLANCA
TARA BLANCA dates back to a century when it started in Srinagar, Kashmir, making the silk turbans for Maharajas.
Later it developed into a shawl making factory.
Today it is known the world over for producing the finest & the most elegant stoles.
From dyeing, designing, printing to embroidery everything is done by hands of dexterous craftsmen.
TARA BLANCA has come a long way since its inception & is currently creating the stoles for the modern world by combining the disappearing art of traditional Kashmiri shawl making skills while blending with Japanese & European motif designs.

職人達が、1枚1枚丁寧に完成させた芸術的ストールです。
カシミール地方スリナガルに100年の歴史を誇るショール工場と提 携し、
企画から製作まで一貫してオリジナルで行っております。
カシミール地方に古くから伝わる織り刺繍などの伝統技術とデザインを現代のアイデアと
ミックスし今までにないクラシックでありコンテンポラリーでシックな新しいカシミールショールの歴史を作り、日々努力を重ねています。
素材も手つむぎ、手織りのカシミヤから麻、綿、シルクなどを織あわせて独自の風合いを生みだしています。
