Since many of our products are handmade, there may be slight differences in color, such as the color of the embroidery thread, even for products with the same product number when they are posted with photos on our online shop.

In order to present the exact product as much as possible, most of the products are limited to one piece, so many of the products are sold out. Therefore, even if the product you want is [SOLD OUT], we can secure the same product, order it, reserve it for the next arrival, or introduce you to similar products, so please feel free to contact us.
Products sold in the Online Shop are also sold at the main store. We update inventory information in a timely manner, but in rare cases, if multiple items are purchased at the same time, the item may be marked as [SOLD OUT]. If the same item is in stock, we will give it priority, but we ask for your understanding if it is sold out.

Customers who use free email addresses or mobile email addresses have contacted us to say that they are not receiving order confirmation emails or shipment completion emails from our store.
After you place an order, we will always send you an order confirmation email from shopnet@tarablanca.com on the same day or within two days (excluding holidays). We will also notify you of shipment when the item is ready to be shipped. If you have not received an email, please check the following information in advance.
