How to care for Tara Blanca scarves

About handling

Friction, sweat, rain, and moisture may cause stains, discoloration, or color transfer. Avoid leaving the product wet or stacking it on top of other items.
Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or fluorescent lights may cause discoloration.
Wool products are made from natural materials, so when you use them, the fur may stick to your clothes and other items, so please make sure they are compatible with your clothes before wearing them.
Please note that natural hair materials will inevitably pill with use. For delicate hand-embroidered items, please be careful not to catch them on your fingernails or sharp objects.
When storing, avoid direct sunlight and contact with other objects, or store in a breathable bag in a low humidity place.
If you use an insect repellent, use only one type and be careful not to let it come into direct contact with the product.

About cleaning

When it comes to cleaning, choose a shop that you can trust and that is experienced in handling high-quality materials.
After washing, slight color fading, distortion of the fabric, shrinkage, etc. may occur.
When ironing, use medium heat and place a cloth over the garment.

<<Care for Premium Products>>

Although it will take time, we may be able to provide cleaning services for an additional fee.

"others"

We sometimes receive inquiries about items that have had holes in them due to being caught on something or have stains that cannot be removed, and we do our best to deal with the situation in consultation with the place of production.
We also provide aftercare services such as adding embroidery, patching, and removing pilling, which take time and will incur a fee, but please feel free to contact our head office for advice on this matter.

<<Caution>>

Please note that the following may occur, but this does not mean the product is defective.
However, we are open to consultation depending on the situation.

Neps and uneven weaving

Because we use natural materials, the characteristics of the raw wool may affect the twist of the yarn, which may result in the appearance of neps or unevenness in the weave.

Weave Shift

In the case of fabrics with thin threads, the fabric may appear distorted when embroidered.

"Opening up the weave of the fabric through embroidery"

The fabric is soft and delicate and may appear open when hand embroidered.
