Can I make a purchase without registering as a member?

Even if you are not a registered member, you can still place an order.
If you register as a member, you will be able to accumulate points that can be used for your next purchase, so please register. Click here to register as a member.

Do you have out-of-stock items in stock?

Products from the Online Shop are also sold at the Ginza Main Store. We update our inventory information in a timely manner, but in rare cases, if multiple items are purchased at the same time, the item may be marked as SOLD OUT. If the same item is in stock, we will give it priority, but we ask for your understanding if it is sold out.

I would like to add multiple items to my cart.

After adding a product to your cart, click the "Continue Shopping" button to return to the product page. If you add another product to your cart, it will be added to the cart along with the previous product.

I would like to confirm the details of my order.

Your order details will be included in the "Order Confirmation Email" we send you after you place your order. You can also check your order details by logging in to your account and viewing your order history.

Can I order from overseas?

We also ship overseas.

On the "Payment Method Settings" screen, enter (or copy and paste) a valid coupon code into the "Enter Shop Coupon" box.

Who is the delivery company?

Your order will be delivered by Yamato Transport. After the product is shipped, you will be notified of the delivery slip number by email, so you can check the delivery status of your package using Yamato Transport's package inquiry system.

How many days will it take to deliver after I place an order?

Orders placed by 3:00 p.m. on the same day will be shipped the same day or within 2 business days. *Due to weather conditions, disruptions to transportation services, or congestion at shipping companies due to a sudden increase in logistics, delivery may be delayed from the scheduled delivery date and time. How do I specify delivery?

Can I have one order delivered to multiple addresses?

We are sorry, but you cannot specify more than one delivery address in one order. If you would like to have your items delivered to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each delivery address.

I would like to change the delivery date/time.

We regret that we cannot change the shipping address, add products, or cancel an order after it has been confirmed.

What happens to my package if I am not there at the specified delivery time?

If you are not at home, the delivery company driver will leave a notice of absence in your mailbox. You can request redelivery by specifying a new date, time, and location when you can receive the package.

Can you issue me an itemized statement?

Yes, it is possible. If the orderer and the recipient are the same, the invoice will be included in the package. If the orderer and the recipient are different (such as in the case of a gift order), the invoice will be sent to the orderer.

Can I issue a statement for credit card payments?

Since all payments are made electronically, we do not provide credit card receipts. Please refer to your card company's statement for details of your transactions.

After the product is shipped, you will receive 5% of the product price as points. (If a product is returned, the amount will be revised.)

When purchasing products, you can use your points as a discount, with 1 point being worth 1 yen.

After logging in, you can check it on the "My Account" page.

Do points have an expiration date?

There is no expiration date for points. However, we may issue points or coupons with an expiration date.

What happens to my points when I use points or coupons?

The amount awarded as points will be the product price minus points and coupons used.

How do I use a coupon code?

On the shopping cart page, there is a space to enter your coupon code. If you enter a valid coupon code, the payment amount will change, so please check.
