In cases where a campaign discount is applied, points may not be reflected in the system even if you press the "Use points" button.

In that case, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please let us know the number of points you would like to use by email after completing your order.
We will check and respond accordingly.
If you paid by credit card, please note that it may take several days for the refund to appear on your card statement.
